Oscilo's Art Commissions

I reserve the right to refuse to do a commission.

I retain all rights to the artwork, and therefore reserve the right to post the artwork anywhere, unless the commissioner requests otherwise.

The commissioner may repost their commission, but proper credit must be given, such as a link to my site, VGen, or my socials.

The commissioner may not claim to have created any of my artwork.

Putting my artwork into any AI engine is prohibited.

Reselling and / or redistributing my artwork digitally, physically, or as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by the commissioner and / or a third party is not allowed under any circumstances.

Commissions may be used for personal use, and / or monetized content. Usage of the commission for any monetized content will incur an extra fee.

Commissions are digital goods, not physical goods.

Listed prices are the base price. The final price of the commission may increase depending on the complexity and any additional details of the piece.

If the commissioner does not keep in contact for an extended period of time (over 1 month), the commission will be dropped.

Commissions are to be paid for via VGen.

A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid before I start working on the commission. Once the sketch is approved by the commissioner, the remaining balance must be paid before I continue work on the commission.

After the sketch has been approved, refunds may not be issued by the commissioner.

If, for whatever reason, the commissioner needs to cancel the commission after the 50% deposit has been made but before the sketch has been approved, I will issue a partial refund.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I am unable to complete the piece, and a partial refund will be issued, depending on how much of the piece I have completed.

It is preferred that the commissioner provides visual references for their commission, as they best assist me in fulfilling the commissioner’s request. AI generated images are not accepted as visual references.

Once I start the commission, I will send progress images of the sketch for the commissioner to approve or request revisions before I continue with the artwork.

The commissioner may only request up to 3 minor changes after I have done the line art for the piece. More than 3 revisions will induce additional fees, depending on how many are requested.

The commissioner may request updates at any point.

If there are any delays while I am working on the commission, the commissioner will be notified.

Once the final artwork is approved, I will send the commissioner a full resolution .png file of the artwork for personal and / or monetized use, as well as a watermarked .png file for reposting. The finished commission can be sent via VGen, the commissioner's preferred social media, or email. No physical product will be provided.
